Did Marie Antoinette Have An Affair

Question: Did you like the movie Marie Antoinette?

I thought the movie was ok but i thought that the music was so not that time period the clothing was right and Kirsten Dunst did almost look like Marie Antionette but i didnt like how they didn’t focus at all on her child life it just took you straight to the day when she becomes a dauphine of France and when she gets to Versailles (the plalce she lived in) I did also think that the affair that she had with that one dude was so fake but i LOVED the clothing and things because im interested in it from that time period I also didnt like how they just like ended it in a way that leaves you hanging sorry I worte so much but this is my opinion on the movie now tell me what you thought

Answer: I think the movie was pretty. I loved the costumes and everything like that.

The music I think was supposed to convey the feeling that Marie was still just a teenager/age of a college student, and a party girl. I think it was a lot more interesting than if they would have used strictly period music.

Have you read the book the movie was based on? (Marie Antoinette: The Journey) It focuses more upon her time as dauphine and Queen than anything else. Also, regarding the ending - you know she's going to die, and i thought that leaving it at the point where she and her husband are leaving versaille was a good decision. The movie was about Marie Antionette's life, not her death, which we all know about.
