Marie Antoinette Ending
Question: Is this right …………..?
It’s about the French Revoluton.
Austria said that they would invade France if France hurt the King or Queen. Robespierre ended up having King Louis guillotened for treason, the same for Marie Antoinette later on and so Austria invaded France.
I’m not sure if this information is correct, so any other information would be extremely helpful. Thanks
Answer: Yep that's true but a bit simplistic. The first time Austro-Prussia invaded France, the King Louis XVI still lived (also depends which Louis you refer too..). The French revolutionary forces defeated Austro-Prussian forces. Then, there were the Wars of Coalitions led by monarchic European states against France (that was already after Louis was dead), which also gave rise and fame to young military man named Napoleon Bonaparte.
